Jason Kallivokas combines deep real estate investment expertise with sophisticated government contracting capabilities, bringing over two decades of experience in real estate private equity, structured finance, and commercial development to Afterburner Capital’s investment strategy.

As Executive Vice President of RER Solutions’ Federal Consulting Practice, Jason has served as Portfolio Manager for Department of Defense clientele, functioning as senior contract lead and primary client interface for the US Army’s Military Housing Privatization Program for the past eight years. This role has provided him with unique insights into large-scale asset management, government contracting processes, and complex stakeholder coordination across federal agencies.

Simultaneously, as Vice President of RER Ventures, Jason has spent 26 years identifying and executing opportunistic real estate investments, including ground-up development projects, excess corporate real estate repositioning, and emerging market opportunities. His experience encompasses the full spectrum of commercial real estate investment, from initial market analysis through asset disposition.

Jason’s academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, where he focused on commercial real estate development and maintained a 3.84 GPA. His specialized knowledge in structured finance, dispositions, and commercial mortgage-backed securities provides sophisticated analytical capabilities for evaluating complex investment opportunities.
